I approach Real Estate as a full time profession: Not only do I work as a broker representing buyers, sellers and developers. I am also one of the founders and owners of the very successful Kentwood City Properties residential brokerage. I am committed to successful transactions in all market conditions. I have extensive knowledge selling all types of properties: single family homes, town homes, condos, lofts, land and mixed use properties. I can sell all over Colorado or refer clients to other regions through Kentwood's relocation network.

Some personal facts
I have lived in Central Denver for over 25 years. I enjoy running with my dogs, seeing great films, soaking up art and music, traveling and of course architecture and real estate! I am involved in many civic ventures: I serve on the lower Downtown Design Review Board, I am the chairperson for the Denver Housing Council Marketing Committee, I serve on the Denver Civic Ventures Board and I am a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership, Lower Downtown District Inc, the Botanical Gardens, and Museum of Contemporary Art. I am passionate about giving my time and energy back to this great city of Denver!!! In 2007 & 2008 I was nominated for outstanding Business Woman of the Year by the Denver Business Journal.

I am able to provide full service and personal attention to all of my clients with the invaluable help of my full time licensed assistant Becky Sable. Becky and I have worked together for over 6 years. Becky is the behind the scenes detail person that enables me to spend my time in front of clients, negotiating transactions and developing relationships and business.
